Never mind, he’s living a secret, illicit second life that puts
both him and his son in danger.

My Review:
I couldn't contain my excitement to jump into The Last Lie after checking out the summary. Sure, I thought I had a grasp on what to anticipate, but oh, was I mistaken. The content within was incredibly more impressive than I could have imagined. Once I began reading, I was unable to pause until I reached the final page.
The Last Lie was packed with tension that had me captivated by every sentence. This story is truly engaging, filled with numerous unexpected twists and turns that caught me off guard.
I appreciated that the narrative was presented from multiple characters’ viewpoints. Having several perspectives allows for a richer insight into what each individual is experiencing, along with their respective stories.
Victoria Cooper desires nothing more than to create a family with her son Damon’s father, Spencer McGregor. However, Spencer is living a deception, harboring secrets from Victoria and his own family. They are unaware that he has a son, let alone a job he keeps hidden from them all—a job that endangers both his life and Damon’s.
After finishing The Last Lie, I can assert with confidence that I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who loves thrillers. Be sure to grab your copy of The Last Lie today!
