My Review:
Feasts and Farewells is a great start to Daisy Landish’s new series Sophie Brooks Mysteries. Feasts and Farewells kept me hanging on every word as I waited to see what was happening next.
Sophie and her husband own a restaurant. Sophie has a blog where she blogs about the food in the restaurant. Sophie is happy with the life she and her husband have created.
Then one day Sophie notices something is not quite right with the restaurant. After checking the books Sophie finds out that her husband has been lying to her this whole time. Sophie feels betrayed by what he has done.
Sophie decides to leave and take her blog on the road and blog about other people's restaurants. She can’t stay and live a lie. The mystery and suspense will keep you hanging on wanting to know if Sophie can solve the mystery that surrounds the wine country in California.
