My Review:
Security to Die For is the tenth book in the A Maggie Wright Cozy Mystery series by Tessa Aura, and it is a fantastic addition to the series. The story kept me guessing about the identity of the person responsible for the man's death, discovered in a locked smart home.
With cameras everywhere and no clear indication of what transpired, the mystery deepens. Naturally, there were plenty of suspects. Maggie and Harper took on the investigation, focusing on the security firm that was busy installing cameras around town.
Things take a sinister turn when Maggie and Harper receive a note warning them to halt their investigation before their situation worsens. It seems they are getting too close to uncovering the truth about the Guardian Watch technician found dead inside the smart home.
Security to Die For is an incredibly captivating tale that will keep you engaged as you try to unravel the mystery of who was inside that smart home. You'll find yourself racing to the end, piecing together the clues. The mystery and suspense had me hanging on every word.
Just when I thought I had figured it out, a new twist would leave me questioning everything, propelling me to the next suspect without any luck, which only made the story more engaging.
