My Review:
Murder At Crystal Palms Resort is yet another captivating mystery in the Alexia Jones Cozy Mystery series by Kaylah Carr, filled with numerous twists and turns that will engage readers just as much as the previous installments. From the very first page, I was drawn into the narrative of Murder At Crystal Palms Resort.
The tension of assisting Alexia, Buddy, and Jenna in uncovering the mysterious death of Alexia’s friend Carissa kept me engrossed in every sentence. Right from the start, Alexia suspected that someone was attempting to conceal the truth about Clarissa’s death by labeling it an accident. Still, she was aware that the evidence suggested otherwise.
It was clear that someone wanted to silence Clarissa, and if Alexia fails to discover who is accountable for Clarissa’s death, she risks meeting the same fate as her friend.
With a resort teeming with guests, Alexia had no shortage of suspects, as any one of them could potentially be responsible for what was deemed an accident.
Will Alexia crack the case before her time runs out, putting her in danger of experiencing the same fate as her friend? Who is the individual behind Clarissa’s untimely death? What could motivate anyone to harm Clarissa? Ah, the intrigue, the secrets, the secrets! What are they concealing?
