My Review:

Dawn's Requiem is an excellent addition to The Nightwalker series by Theophilus Monroe. It captured my interest long before I even glanced at the summary. After finishing the second installment, I was eager to explore more of Alice and her universe. Dawn's Requiem certainly lived up to my expectations; if anything, it deepened my affection for the Nightwalker series and its intriguing vampire realm.

As I have mentioned previously and will continue to emphasize, the world-building in the Nightwalker series is unmatched by anything else I've encountered. It boasts a distinctiveness all its own. Once I started reading, I was once again engrossed and could not have put it down even if I had wanted to—which, I assure you, I did not.

I was kept on the edge of my seat, filled with suspense and anxiety as Alice found herself under the scrutiny of an unknown observer, though she had her suspicions. Who is watching Alice? What is their intention? What do they seek from her?

Without a doubt, I'm eager to plunge into the next book, Charleston Moon, the fourth entry in the Nightwalker series. Unfortunately, I will have to wait until April 30, 2026—three months feels like forever. However, I am confident that the wait will be well worth it.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dawn's Requiem to all fans of vampire fiction! I do advise reading Of Faith and Fangs, the series's first book, and The Gilded Cross, the second installment, before diving into Dawn's Requiem for a richer experience in Alice's vampire world! Be sure to grab your copy of Dawn's Requiem today!
