Snowed In with Secrets… and a Killer
All museum educator Claire Hastings wants is to get to her ailing grandmother. But a snowstorm grounds her in postcard-perfect Willow Haven, forcing her to take shelter at a cozy local inn.
Victor Brandt was charming, conniving… and despised by nearly everyone. When he’s found murdered outside, the guest list shrinks—and every remaining name is now a suspect.
With the roads closed and phones down, Claire’s dry wit and sharp instincts kick in. She teams up with Tom, the innkeeper’s dependable son, and his pup, Snoopdog, to unravel the mystery.
They uncover a tangled web of clues—hidden ledgers, strange codes, and many nervous glances over lukewarm coffee.
Then Claire finds a threatening note on her pillow… and ends up locked in a giant cooler!
Now it’s personal.
Claire must outwit and expose the killer—before her unexpected layover becomes her final stop.
A clever, cozy debut full of wit, charm, and suspense. Don’t miss the start of the Claire Hastings Cozy Mysteries series by Bonnie Blume!
