Blurb:

Windmere Cove had weathered scandals before. This one comes with a body.

Tony Mancuso controlled the town council with proof of their secrets.
He came to collect, but he was dead before the ink could dry.
Izzy Harper and her golden retriever Noodle found the impossible.
This wasn't just murder, it defied everything she knew.

The suspects are as intertwined with the victim as they are with Calloway Hall itself.
Tony had proof of the Mayor's backroom deals.
The Commissioner had buried secrets in the Hall's foundation that Tony was about to dig up.
Tony had cost the Director everything, and she knew how to make problems disappear.

Izzy follows the evidence.
Noodle follows his nose.
A hunt for a killer becomes a dive into dangerous depths, where the town's darkest history waits beneath the surface.
The deeper she goes, the more treacherous the waters become.

And if she’s not careful…it might pull her under for good.

My Review:

Murder at Calloway Hall captivated me from the first page with the shocking secrets that many townspeople had been hiding for years. As the layers of deception started to unravel, I eagerly turned each page, desperate to uncover the truth behind the crime.

The complex web of relationships and hidden motives made it impossible to guess who could be trusted and who was hiding a dark past. Every twist and turn revealed another layer of intrigue, showing how deeply connected the characters' lives truly were. Just when I thought I had everything figured out, the author brought in a surprising revelation that made me question everything I thought I knew.

Tony Mancuson held most of their secrets and used what he knew to blackmail them into doing his bidding. Tony came to collect on all the secrets he possessed, but unfortunately for him, he passed away long before he could. The many twists and turns kept me hooked, as I couldn’t believe what I was reading half the time.

The mystery was incredibly exciting and kept those pages turning quickly. I couldn’t flip through them fast enough. I don’t know how Izzy and Jake could have solved this case without Noodle, Izzy’s adorable golden retriever. That Noodle is one smart dog—he uncovered clues that would have taken Izzy and Jake a very long time to find, if they ever did.

Noodle's sharp instincts and playful personality made him not only a great companion but also a vital part of the detective team. As the trio delved deeper into the mystery, I found myself invested in their journey, eager to see how each new twist would unfold.

I truly enjoyed reading Murder at Calloway Hall and following Izzy, Jake, and Noodle as they uncovered every surprising clue. I can’t wait to read the next installment in the Windmere Cozy Mystery series to see what adventures Izzy and Noodle get into next.

I highly recommend Murder at Calloway Hall to all mystery lovers! Grab your copy today and join Izzy, Noodle, and Jake on their next adventure!
