My Review:
Keili is expecting a child with Blaze, the dragon shifter. Engaging in a relationship with a human contradicts everything Blaze has been taught. The dragon clan will be deeply disapproving when they discover that Blaze has not only been involved with a human but has also formed a bond with her, and now she is expecting a baby.
Ezra, the leader of the clan, will undoubtedly be furious upon learning this news. Blaze will likely face severe consequences. Keili has found it extremely challenging to keep the identity of her baby's father a secret, but she understands that it is necessary, as humans may not believe her and could potentially confine her. Furthermore, revealing the existence of the dragon poses a significant risk to Keili.
Ezra will do everything within his power to separate Keili and Blaze, but their connection is unyielding. I believe that separation is unlikely. The bond between a dragon and his mate may indeed be far stronger than that between a dragon and his Alpha.
Dragon Defiance captivated my interest from the very first page to the last. The world-building is extraordinarily impressive and beautifully crafted; the vivid descriptions allowed me to visualize the story unfolding in my mind like a cinematic experience.
I eagerly anticipate what is in store for the next chapter, Dragon Law, in The Ochre Dragon Shifter Series.
