Warning if you are offended easily, this is NOT the book for you. I repeat, NOT the book you are looking for. Put the book down, back away slowly, and run like hell.
Reading a book about two drunk superheroes who have absolutely no superpowers can lead to uncontrollable laughter; loud piggish snorting; loss of bladder control; wild rolling of eyes; repeated statements of, “Oh gawd;” and slight head shaking, wondering what the fuck you have gotten yourself into. The good news, however, is it will not cause you to have an erection, much less one lasting over 4 hours. So you will not need to call your doctor, although calling your friend to brag may be an option. But that is not to say that you will not need therapy after reading this book because, when Snafu Fubar: Nothing Heroic hit the bookstores, people said, “You can't possibly get any worse. This is the most fucked up book ever.” From the depths of my creative subconscious, I smelled the whiff of a freshly lit cigar and heard Snafu Fubar: Soberphobics whisper oh, so lightly into the breeze...“You ain’t seen nothing yet. Hold my beer!”

As a
writer, what would you choose as your mascot/avatar/spirit animal?
I do not know what my spirit animal is but
I’m pretty sure it has rabies 😊
How
many hours a day do you put into your writing?
I write in spurts whenever the inspiration
strikes me. Since my “real” job is a special ed teacher I tend to write more
when we are on breaks
Do
you read your book reviews? If yes, do they affect what you write in the future?
Yes
I read them when I see them and I give them the attention they deserve,
if I feel it is valid I may address it, if not then I blow it off, can’t please
everyone
Do
you leave hidden messages in your books that only a few people will find?
I have some inside jokes in the Snafu Fubar
books
Can you tell us a little bit about the characters in Snafu Fubar:
Soberphobics?
Snafu Fubar and General Nuisance
are two drunk superheroes with no super powers who protect their fair city each
night from the comfort of their front porch while drinking beers and smoking
cigars
Can you tell us a little bit about your next books or what you have
planned for the future?
My next book will be book 3 of the
Snafu Fubar series which will be more of the same fun nonsense as the first two
books
Do you allow yourself a certain number of hours to write or do you
write as long as the words come?
I don’t write by a time limit, I do
at times look at a chapter and say “hmmm really wanted a higher word count on
that” and will add more to it
Do you have a certain number of words or pages you write per day?
Not really just write when I feel

What inspires you to write?
Life, I see things everything that
give me amazing ideas, I think too many time we miss what is right in front of
us
Would you rather
Read fiction or
non-fiction?

Series, if I like the characters I want to see more of them

Sci-fi, not a big horror fan I tend to find the humor and
turn it into a comedy, granted mush worst with movies then novels

Koontz?
I really like Stephen Kings non horror stuff, I dont think I
have read anything by Dean Koontz if I did it did not leave an impression

The room I can find books to read online,, plus use the
computer to write and watch Netflix

About the Author
Bob Dixon is a two-time Guinness World Record holder for the World's Longest Cartoon Strip. He is the author and creator of a number of comic book titles for Pocket Change Comics, including Assassinette: The Mind Stalker, Psyco Duck, Jester's Dead, The Holy Knight, Riplash, Shadow Slasher, and Warzone 3719. Bob has written two children books, Rooty the Tree Troll and Holiday Bunny; two young adult books, Mouch and Company: The Dream Psychic and Rags and Ruins; An adult humor book Snafu Fubar : Nothing Heroic; and is the co-author of Will Jones' biography A Tough Call. Bob is also the Writer/Director of the movie Dr. Prozak's Office. Additionally, he is a certified special education teacher who works with children who have autism and intellectual delays.
